Refund policy


If, for any reason, your purchase is not suitable due to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or dissatisfaction, you are welcome to contact our team via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request return instructions.

Items must then be returned within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund (for faulty and unwearable items) or store credit (for faulty but wearable items). Store credits issued do not expire. Items returned outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Refunds for faulty items will only be approved where sufficient proof is provided, including clear images and a detailed description of the fault. ZYLA reserves the right to determine whether a garment is deemed faulty due to a manufacturing issue or general wear and tear.

If a product becomes faulty within 30 days of delivery and is considered unwearable, you must contact our team within this period to be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund. Requests made outside of this timeframe will be considered wear and tear and will not be eligible for compensation.

If a garment has a minor imperfection but remains wearable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item.

Returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction are strictly eligible for store credit or exchange only.

All items must pass our quality control process to be accepted for return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Due to hygiene and resale standards, any items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

 


 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact our team as soon as possible with supporting images and a description of the issue.

Where a fault is identified within 30 days of receiving your order, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Claims made outside of this 30-day period will be considered general wear and tear and will not be eligible for compensation.

 


 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. Due to the volume of orders processed, we are unable to cancel, edit, or make changes once an order has been confirmed.

We recommend carefully reviewing your order prior to checkout. If you wish to return or exchange an item after dispatch, please contact our team for return instructions.

 


 

Full Price Items

Returns for full-priced items must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items returned within 30 days in original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags attached) are eligible for store credit. Store credits will be issued via email within 3 business days of receiving and approving the returned item.

 


 

Sale Items

All sale items, including those purchased during promotional periods (such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, EOFY or similar), are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
